Booking Policies

One to One
In-Person Sessions

£5 deposit is required, via bank transfer, to secure your booking within 24 hours of booking request please. This is deducted from your balance on the day. Your deposit is waivered should cancellation or rescheduling (by the client) occur with less than 72 hours notice. Cancellations on the day of appointment will be subject to 50% of the total session cost.

Cash or bank transfer are preferred for balance payment.

One to One Online or Video Call Sessions

Bank Transfer is the required payment method.

Sound Baths

Full payment is required within 48 hours of booking request or of payment request.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred, by the client, to the following month only, provided a minimum of five working days notice is given, the ticket cost if waivered if the client does not attend the second date offered. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee, if the original attendee is unable to attend, provided that Magic Reiki Cave is informed by 11am on the day of the sound bath. The new attendee MUST complete and return a client consent form a minimum of 3 hours prior to the start of the sound bath.

Bank Transfer is the required payment method.

**Attendance to one sound bath does not guarantee a space at future sound baths, all sound bath MUST be booked directly.

**All attendees must arrive by 7.45pm, no admittance is allowed after this time.

Goods

All bespoke or pre-made goods ordered, will require a 50% deposit with your order and the balance paid in full either prior to posting or upon collection.

Refunds:
Should any appointment or Sound Bath be cancelled by Magic Reiki Cave, that has been paid for, you will be offered a refund or to reschedule accordingly.
